Breaking in the blog

Can we change the title of the blog to Citations 1+2 12/10 Citation 3 1/19 (that is a guess on joe's second citation), Citation 4 (whenever mitch got his), Noise complaint 4/10. Lets get all of our wrongdoings correct and included.

My next question is why did it take me so long to get filled in on this blog?
