i was the only one who had two helpings of turkey

spaniards have smaller appetites, which can be tough when you're expected to be satisfied after having eaten the same amount as them. yesterday being thanksgiving i had no shame refilling my plate. chocolate mousse instead of pumpkin pie = i can live with that.

i'm posting to say that while i've bailed on my blog (too tedious and i've been too many places- valencia, barcelona, el escorial- the spanish imperial palace, paris, seville, and cordoba, for it to be worth updating anymore), i really enjoy all the things more able bloggers have to say about their experiences. well done, sirs and madames. 

hey, anybody at middlebury want to fill out and sign an "add" card for me? not a serious request, though i'm finding it harder to make schedule changes from abroad.

last thing: eric elderbrock, i intend to email you sometime soon. i'm stating it publicly as a sign of my seriousness.
